1. Product
X-Vault is a Chrome extension for downloading media that appears in Twitter/X posts you can already view, plus optional Pro licensing sold at https://x-vault.app.
2. License & trial
- New installs include a 7-day free trial with full features.
- Pro is a one-time purchase for a single-user lifetime license key.
- Keys are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly or resold.
- Key resend is a separate paid recovery product if you lose access to your key and recovery link.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for complying with Twitter/X terms, copyright law, and applicable regulations. Download only media you have the right to save. Do not use X-Vault to infringe others’ rights, bypass paywalls/auth you lack access to, or abuse Twitter/X systems.
4. Refunds
Because Pro delivers a digital license key immediately, purchases are generally final once the key is issued. Contact hello@x-vault.app within 7 days of purchase if you did not receive a key or the product is defective; we will help resolve delivery issues.
5. Disclaimer
X-Vault is provided “as is.” Twitter/X may change their interfaces or APIs at any time, which can temporarily affect functionality. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to X-Vault is limited to the amount you paid us for the Pro license in the 12 months before the claim.
